Volvo had partnered with Swedish international footballer Zlatan Ibrahimović to shoot a short film about his journey back to his homeland along with his pending retirement from the national team.

Since Volvo wanted to specifically target football fans, we designed a campaign across key Facebook and Twitter football social communities, successfully stimulating organic conversation around the topic to drive engagement.

During the campaign, Zlatan also confirmed his signing for Manchester United, so we adapted the captions and delivery to capitalise on the updated conversations on social.
